Question Have a question hope some one can help its not mustang relevant but its ford

I have a 2002 ford f150 Harley with the 5.4L/S recently I discovered that I had engine oil in my reservoir tank for my radiator fluid, and my radiator full with oil. I know it has nothing to do with a mustang but thought maybe some one had this issue before.
