help with tuning problems

I have a 2014 v6 mustang with a single hellion turbo kit and I have been going back and forth with a online tuner and cant seem to get it right it runs good at WOT but just buck allthe time in regular mode if I cant get this solved some how can I put my car back to stock and cut my losses and sell what they remove to go back to stock.But either way I could use some advice I have to have everything done for me because im not mechanically inclined sure could use some help.

There is no ONLINE TUNE that will solve the problems, you have to take it to a DYNO.
They would measure exhaust temps, af ratio etc etc and use that to create a custom tune for your needs.
