Why does my exhaust sound like it's gurgling?

my exaust sounds like it's gurgling when i rev the engine and it calms down. vortex says it's cold/warm air mixing, but shouldn't it stop either when i've had the car on for awhile? what about that little hole on the back of the muffler? if that's "plugged up" will it make that same sound? is there anything i can do so it doesn't do that?

The sound could be a bad muffler or a design problem. Are the mufflers stock?

Some mufflers (stock) have a little hole to drain water vapor, dont plug it.

Yeah, my mufflers are stock... I didn't have it plugged, but there's a lot of carbon on it. that's why i was worried and originally was consirned.
