Just bought a set of Kaminari side skirts and don't see how its held onto the bottem of the car. They use double sided tape to hold them to the side of the car in front and behind the door, and the sill plate holds them on under the door. Does anyone out there have a set? Any help would be great. thanx
sounds ricey to me...... double sided tape eh? imagine that.

No rice- The screw on both ends and clip on under the door, and use double sided tapre to hold them onto the body in front of and behind the door. They also look great. If I could figure out how to post a picture (I'm new to computers), I'd show you. I don't know if you can see it in my avatar.
I have them installed now, but still am not happy with how they attach to the bottom of the car, and I really don't want to put screws through my floor. I don't know if you can see how they attatch in these pictures. I will try and get some better ones this weekend.

i think it fits your car well especially the front as well and that its not riced out cause its all the same color unlike most ricers who are to cheap to paint them.. the onyl thing i dont like is what you have on the rear window. but all around i give your car a 8 out of 10 cause it looks very clean but you might need new tires soon they are looking low on tread i have like 15 pics in my profile gallery if you dont mind take a look and tell me what you think
Thanx- Everyone has their own ideas of what they want their car to be. I really like the hood on yours, and you've done a lot of nice mods. I have a shaker scoop on order, should be here next week. I should have it installed on the following weekend. I do all of it myself, including the painting. How do you like the loud mouth system? I love mine, but it is the loudest car in town. With 4:10 gears I run about 3000 rpm's at 80 mph, and it is a little loud, but not too bad. Next spring, I'm gonna put a blower on it, then I'll probably change the gears down to 3:55s or 3:73s.

im thinking of really upgrading to 4.10 cause right now at 85 im at 2700 i love my slp and mine is the loudest as well its awesome i liek to down **** in tunnels or in between buildings cause it ROARS! lol im planning on doing a single or twin turbo next year. i love my hood as well but im going to get it in grade A carbon fiber so thats 500$ waiting to be spent
yeah, the SLP really talks, especially in tunnels. My brother-in-law has flowmasters on his 96, and it sounds good. but at higher rpms mine is quite a bit louder.
Got the shaker system on Monday, but shelled out the syncros in 2nd gear on saterday, so my baby is going into Ford for a week before I can do the install. Will try to post some more pics when I get done. I did make the front page of the local paper with the burnout that ate my tranny!
