Angry One noisey wheel

I am a relative newbie to Mustang ownership, I have a 2001 base model that I bought a few months ago. I changed the brake pads about 3 months ago and ever since then I have had this sort of squeaking noise coming from on the left rear tire, the other 3 are fine. I have taken it to be serviced as well, new pads, rebuilt caliper, machined the rotor, bled the system and all other components were checked. About a week after I had it serviced at a pro shop the noise came back and I have run out of ideas as to what it could be, any help would be appreciated.

How about the rims/tire itself?
