Question Comp Polymers Upper Plenum

Does anyone know anything about the comp polymers upper intake and how it performs under normal street use and with nitros on the 5.0 motor. My ignition has been upgraded to accell coil with an msd 6a and 8.8mm wires, mac intake and holley headers. Im looking for good performance and easy access to the valve covers.

Box intakes are most suitable for large displacement and supercharged applications.
You will loose bottom end torque and the gains wont be many at high rpms.
Most long runner intakes (cobra, edel, tfs) will perform better with nice torque and good upper HP.

Access to the valvecovers is a nice to have, but taking off a long runner intake takes around 20 min, not that much for something you will do only once in a while.

yeah, dont use the box intakes, not good on small street motors.
