Doesnt the 95 have a separate ignition module near one of the fenders? As I recal it is the direct interface with the dizzy. If so, swap the module AND dizzy at the same time --- IF the pickups are really failing.
However: Im thinking its unlikely the pickup is failing that many times. Its a low voltage circuit that has almost no current; the pickup drives a transistor in the module which is an input, not output, so I cant see anything short of a catastrophic module failure causing the pickup to fail. In such a case I would expect almost immediate failure of the dizzy - seconds, not minutes.
I think it is more likely the module is bad, with the symptoms being when it is cold it works and when it heats up (sometimes fast!) it shuts off. This is possibly appearing to be a bad dizzy - but this is all just a guess from things I have seen in the past...
Good Luck!
