Default Soft rubber trim maintenance

What product is recommended to treat all the soft rubber weather strips and moldings on a Mustang, or any car, to keep them soft and pliable? I have a convertible, and there are several moldings and weather strips where the top seals to the windows, a long weather strip across the top of the windshield where the convertible top seals down, etc. Should these be treated with some product regularly to keep them from getting hard and cracking?

I like Black Magic. For sure don't use Armor All, the alcohol in it will accelerate dry out any rubber
