How much would it be to get a car repainted? I have quite a few scratches and blemishes on it, and want to get a fresh coat of paint on. Im not looking to spend 5k, just something that will look nice. Should I go to a Ford dealership?

Depends on what you want, but I wouldn't expect to spend anything less than $2k to do a decent job. maaco and earl scheib run >$500 but you get what you pay for there, expect lots of overspray.
Repainting the same color?
It'll be less as they won't shoot the jambs and such.
Do a lot of the prep work yourself and find a good body man to shoot it.

I would suggest to ask around about who is doing a good job for a reasonable price. Don't ask 2 people, you need to ask a dozen or more. You will eventually find a local individual that has a good reputation and is reasonably priced. I know a local like that and it took a long time to find him. He can do a repaint that looks better than factory and costs a lot less than a restoration shop. It's worth the effort!
