Default 1969 Mach I suspension upgrade

I plan to install a complete new stock front suspension kit in my Mach I and also lower the upper control arms 1", install 620# 1" lowering springs and add a 1" front sway bar. My objective is to improve handling and lower the front end slightly. Will these mods accomplish this? I welcome any other ideas or suggestions.

Those are a very good idea, but I think I'd go with 550# springs and KYB GR2 shocks instead. Add an export brace and montecarlo bar and a set of roller spring perches too. Don't forget to get it aligned to performance specs as well.
