Default Does using NOS make the gauge temperature go up?

Hey guys, I have a 1988 Mustang and I'm running a Wet sytem(ZEX) @125 shot. Is it normal after you do a 1/4 mile that you will see the temp. gauge creeping up then going back down to normal? Any help will be appreciated.

My temp always creeps up at the end of a quarter..should be expected. As long as it is not crazy and then settles down..no worries.
