I've used it on both of my Mustangs with no problems, although I've never used it in the gas tank. The smoke show is pretty cool though.

I run a can through my Explorer every now and then. About every 5th oil change I'll put 1/4 of the can in the crankcase the day before an oil change and the rest in the gas tank. I've been doing this since this past Spring and I've noticed that it gets a little better gas milage. I don't put it in the crankcase with the oil change, just right before. I don't know if it will change the viscosity or lubricity of the oil and that's not something I care to find out the hard way.

just think of it as a laxative/stool softener for your car! i use it all the time "the seafoam"!!! lmao pepboys sells it, good stuff
