Need Help! How to replace convertible 1/4 window front edge weatherstripping?

I have a 1993 convertable. the drivers side rear 1/4 window front weatherstripping is torn on the bottom about 2' up. I have bought new 1's but am not sure how remove the old torn piece to replace it with a new 1. Any info will be appreciated.
