Whats this inbetween the shifter and ebrake?

Right inbetween the shifter and the ebrake theres a small red button ' im having this car delivered jan 7th to 10th from a dealership' i was just wondering if it might be a lockline button. other than that i dont know. Have a merry christmas all and a happy new year. drive safe. garry

You sure its a button? That is a very common location to put the LED from an alarm system. That would be my guess...

ah you might be right but i just had to ask, if not how hard is it to install a lockline, is it fairly simple to do. thanks for the reply. have a very merry christmas to all and to all a good night !
