How do you know it is getting too much fuel in those specific cylinders?

is it a GT? If so you could have put this in the 94 95 gt section and you would probly get help a little faster

Could be two things. One is that the plugs aren't firing, plugs bad, plug wires bad . Second bad fuel injectors, not sealing, dribbling fuel, possibly from trash in fuel line, or simply worn out. This should get you started with your diagnosis.-Chuck

I changed the plugs and wires after been told to do so at auto zone. Still getting lots of black fumes, raw fuel and dust coming from the tailpipe.

maybe it's a bad coil pack........not getting good spark to the cylinders

Since it is a 5.0 only one coil pack. I would say do the cylinder balance test(OBD). I would say leaking/bad injectors. Run the test and then remove that rail and move the injectors and see if the problem follows the injectors which it should unless those cylinders are Dead/No Compression. If you need injectors I will ship you a pair of good units for $25 just email me.

3.8 or 5.0 you can still use a OBD tester and find out about the injectors by using the Engine Running/On test.

The OBD tester would only indicate the electrical integrity of the injectors. How would it tell you the hydraulic (fuel) integrity of a leaking injector ?
