I have a 2000 V6 and I'm looking to put some new wheels on. I was told by some that I could only go with the GT size upgrade but others have told me that Cobra size wheels will also fit. I love the look of the deep dish style. Can I fit Cobra size wheels on my v6 stang. I belive the cobra size would be like a 17x9 or 17x10 I'm not to sure what is right.

I was told you can put 20s on her all day long without having to change anything. Unlike when i had my 02 Pt Cruise I could only go to a 16 without have to re-adjust my speedo & my computer chip

yeah, it's the same chassis - Cobra wheels will fit with no problems.

you shouldn't go too much over 21 lbs on the wheels, or you'll be very sorry.

Check the wheel weight before you order. Some of the replicas are quite heavy, and will suck all the torque out of the engine.

+1 KS, Also you need to have your speedo recalibrated for the new wheel size.
