Hi everyone I have herd the only 8.8 rear end that will fit under my 82 GT is out ofa 95 GT. I can get one very cheep I would like to have it around if the 7.5 ever breaks. I have american racing rims witch means I would have to put 4 lugs axels in it but that is no big deal for me. Any info would be great. Thanks James

I think an 8.8 out of an '86 to '93 would also fit because the chassis of the '79 to '93 are the same. The '95 rear had longer axles so it would fit if changed to '86-'93 axles.
