i know for sure its not the oil filter itself there is a hole in the oil filter housing or what could be the oil cooler but its leaking oil like crazy ANY HELP POSSIBLE THANKS

If the oil filter housing is readily removable take it off and clean in a good oil solvent. If you can locate the leak it can be repaired with a good grade of two part epoxy. You need to clean the area of the leak with coarse steel wool or a wire brush before applying the epoxy and I would advise letting it set overnight where the temperatue is at least 75 F. before re-installing
