I found out I have an 84 t5 tranny is that ok for a mildly built car

My mustang is an 84 with an 90 roller motor and an e cam 650 holley w 3.55 gears. I plan on doing the ignition next and a shot of nos,(50-100)
Is this tranny going to be able to handle this?
I have to do my clutch now and it has a 10" instead of the 10.5.
So if I am to change it then I guess now is the time.
I do know it is a borg warner tranny.
please guys let me know your input.

do you know what year the trans is,could last for a while dont speed shift, what will hurt it is hard fast shifting with drag tires that bite hard. big G
