Default 2006 SCT Tuned Mustang GT With Check Engine Light, Trouble Codes, Performance Issues?

question..
I just purchased a 2006 mustang gt (manual) with 10,000 miles. The vehicle has been modified with headers, catted h pipe, and cold air intake by the previous owner. I only have had the car two weeks. Intially it was driving great with noticeable horsepower and torque. Now the check engine light has come on and the performance and torque have dropped significantly. The car feels congested and seems to have trouble accelerating from 2000 rpm even at full throttle. To make a long story short I saw in the paperwork from the dealer that the previous owner had an SCT tune done on the vehicle. I took the car to Ford yesterday and they said the trouble codes (i have listed below) are exhaust related.
P0174-- Fuel system for bank 1 is too lean
P0171-- Fuel system for bank 2 is too lean
I was told that the above codes had to do with the o2 sensor, but when listed together are related to MAF sensor...?

2015- ?
2020- Intake manifold runner sensor

2015 & 2020 are supposedly GHOST/dealer codes...?

Would these codes be causing my car to run like crap ? Does this have anything to do with the previous owners tune? and will me buying a tuner or having the car dyno tuned solve this problem? The dealer seems to think I need to replace the intake runner plates that will run 1100.00. However, those were taken off by the previous owner when customizing the exhaust with the headers and x pipe. I am confused. Any advice is welcomed..Thanks

Sounds like the original owner pulled out the original programmer to get their money back or to sell. The car will run fine for about a week until the car goes into what is called LIMP MODE which cuts power like 70% because the computer thinks there is something bad going on. U need to get it to a tuner quick. The new mustangs must be tuned with a programmer for intake mods and that is most likely why u are having your problems.
