if you get a top loader 4 speed you can get different bellhousings to fit may need to change t.o bearing, i think the 3.3l and the 351c uses the same bell housing as the 289,302,351w, not the 351m , 390s is a fe engine, same bell as 332,352,390,406,410,427and 428, i may have missed one, big G
