03 Mustang Power Window motor removal

Default 03 Mustang Power Window motor removal
Does anyone know how to get the window motor out of the door? I was told the hardest part was removing the panel, but this does not seem so. I have everything off with access to all bolts. Someone said that you have to go through the speaker hole. Any advice would be great!
