I am new to allfordmustangs and just joined today. I hope I am in the correct forrum. If I am not please correct me.
My temperature gage shows my 1994 Mustang HO 302 runing at the upper most region of the normal range just next to the Hot marker after three miles. It runs good, does not miss. shows no moisture or steam from exaust. It has no odor of antifreeze now. (replaced water pump).
I have replaced the radiator, water pump, and ECT sensor on the intake. I replaced the 195 degree thermostat. I am still showing to be running hot.
I took the Thermostat out and after three miles I am showing hot.
This car used to run at the lower part of the normal range on the temperature gage.
What do I check next? I am making no progress and need advice.
did you change the ect sensor 2 wire one? if so thats for the pcm may try the 1 wire one on the front drivers side of intake, i think the wire is white with red stripe, big G
