Yes, you can run the teskid block with your 2V heads. The timing cover will bolt up, however the lower left timing cover hole on the timing cover will not have a hole in the block. You can use RTV to seal this hole, to prevent it from l eaking. No, the PCM is not needed at all. The knock sensors found on the 4V's don't need to be connected, since you won't have a connector for them on your harness anyways.

Dude why waste an alu block with 2v heads? But to each his on. Invest in a book like Sean Hylands that focus on building a 4.6 of any type. There are other authors on the subject as well that have a wealth of knowledge on the 4.6. Get as much info on it before you get disappointed with the outcome.

Nice price, how did you get it? Keep in mind that the FWD Lincoln Continelal had an alu block. It cannot be converted to RWD.
I wold become a junk yard dog if i was you ang get a set of DOHC heads. That is why i recommend you get that book because it will help you find compatable parts. Also musclemustangs.com did an two partarticle on the 4.6L.
