Default New guy with a free 460 how much will it take to make it fit in a fox?

As my title says I am new to this site but have ben a Ford guy for a long time and a dealer tech and asset grad and have always wanted a 87-93 mustang but when they were new I couldnt afford one , because I was 5. I would like to put a 460 and c6 I have lying around into a mustang I just have to find a cheap clean 4 cylinder car, but I was just wondering how much work it will be does anyone have pictures? or expereance?

its easy to drop a 460 in a fox body where ever the 4.6 and 5.4 fit the 460 will fit when the 4.6 and 5.4 are wider then a 460. to drop a 460 in the fox need TRUCK oil pan and oil pump and oil tube ford racing make the motor mounts. hooker makes the swap headers if the car is a 4cly body you will have to get the 5.0 rotors and the other chaissi stuff the 8.8 will work with the 460 you will have to beef it up use stock cross member will have to gride the spot welds off the cross member will also need at lest a 4" cowl hood. the drive shaft work like if your runing a TKO trans 460 in a fox body is a wild RIDE
