Default spark plugs !!!!!!!!

I have an 88 mustang gt an want to replace the spark plugs in it. The car is modified it has an msd 6al box, a msd coil. I also am running a 150 shot of nitrous with a pauls performance flip chip tune. It has NGK (BKR6ES) plugs in it with a manufacture heat rang of 6 I always thought that you were supposed to run colder plugs when you have nitrous. I also found out that the plugs in it are for alot of foriegn cars and are not like the factory plugs that come in a 5.0 mustang. I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions for me, I would like to thank you for your time.

You're right, you need colder plugs with the gas. Find a competent dealer of NGK and have them research them all and find the right one. Sorry, I can't remember what the number is but you should be able to find out.

Look up Zex on the internet, and give them a call. They have a great tech hotline, and good plugs available. Good luck.

nitrous or blowin engines usaully run tighter gap like around .030 to .038........unless u got an upgraded ignition then u could run stock plug gap, with out fear of it being blowin out at higher rpms..........
