Hi I was hoping someone could help me with my CEL. I have a 2007 Gt. I recently installed a Magnaflow man-back exhaust without converters. Runs great, sounds awesome. Approx. 2mos. after installation my CEL went on. I had foreseen this problem but expected it to surface immediately after installation so I assumed it was a different reason. Took it to Ford to run the codes and came back as O2 sensors. They told me there was nothing I could do to overide that problem. Poses a problem as if there is something else wrong with my engine I think I should be able to know about it but cant as this bleepin light is on. So I was talking to someone else and they mentioned some thing about O2 resistors. I just know that every guy that throws an exhaust on their Stang isn't cruisin around with thei CEL on. Any input would be much appreciated, thnx.

Maybe try this. Please let me know if you try it and it works. I basically did the same as you but I haven't had any problem yet.

or you can buy a tuner and just plain shut them off.

besides once you have your tuner youll be able to adjust for gear changes tire size changes as well.

Yeah John I got some MIL eliminators from BBK. Unplugged the battery, put em on, haven't had a problem since.
