KOEO test code 15 and 85

I just did my first KOEO test and pulled codes 15 and 85. I'm using a 89-'93 mustang harness,a9p computer,in a '74 Bronco. The motor is new and has never been fired.This is all new to me and I'm not sure what to do next.I have looked up the codes and saw the description. Could I have a bad computer? What do you guys suggest? Thanks Billy

If you eliminated the smog pump you will not pass any KOEO. I put a 5.0 in a 72 mustang and eliminated the smog pump and the kit I installed with the wiring harness gives me a light as if there is a problem. The engine runs great and really strong, I kept the O2 sensors and everything else.

15 - EEC ROM test failed - may receive code because of power disconnected from computer.

85 - Canister purge circuit failed - there should be a purge solenoid between the EVAP Canister and the intake vacuum port.
