EEC type for 02GT & Can it be tuned?

Can anyone tell me what type/model of EEC tuner is in a 2002 GT? And, if it's an EEC, why can't I use a twEECer or EEC Tuner? When is somebody going to start making tuners for 99 & up GT's?????? I'm not about to buy a chip - I want the control!

TwEECer does make one for the 99-up Mustangs. After the first of the year they will have the TwEECer RT out.
