i have a 1995 Mustang that has a 3.8L V8 and a 5-speed manual Transmission. Well heres the story my friend has a 1995 Mustang Cobra SVT that has the 5.0L Cobra V8 hes looking to put a 351 in well that would leave his motor just sitting around being useless so we ere thinking after that swap was complete we take the 5.0L V8 and swap it with my 3.8L V6. Will this be a direct swap? If not what would be involved to make the 5.0L V8 work in my car?

you're going to need his computer, a GT instrument cluster (the sixes are metric), the engine, a new tranny, new front springs, and a new rear axle assembly + the quad shocks as a minimum.

so how much do u think all of this would set me back, i can do the swap no problem its just getting a hold of the parts

Depends on the cost of used parts in your area. It varies by quite a bit - you've gotta hit the phone, man.
