Default Supercharger power normally aspirated??

Got my new 2007 GT 5-spd & looking for more power. MM&FF July issue (project MILF) got 335rwhp out of a stock GT auto which baselined at 251rwhp. A 5spd GT should baseline more from dyno's I have seen at approx 265rwhp. 1/4 mile time baseline 13.5 went to 12.66. That's fine for me. HOWEVER, can this be achieved on a normally aspirated engine with bolt on mods? Like CAI, tune, exhaust, intake manifold, throttle body, MAF etc? NO GEARS like 4:10, I have a 3:55 posi and like my cruising ability. So has anybody come up with a combo to achieve this with all the aftermarket stuff out there and actually have the dyno results to verify vs. seat of the pants? I can afford the Whipple of Roush but the Whipple has a lousy 12-12,000 warranty that REPLACES my new car 5yr-50,000 warranty and both companies state the engine must be stock other than their S/C or void the warranty. So any mods I do now will become garbage if I decide later to S/C. So lets here from you guys with S197's !

A converter will give u the best bang for your buck get a purple stallion converter. From what I have heard the 3000 is good for the new mustangs. I went from low 14's on motor directly to mid 13's with the swap to a 2600 which is recommended for my 99 gt. It was the best performance gain outside of a power adder for under a grand I got 4 tenths improvement on motor and 5-6 on the spray.
