Default 1994 mustang barely running need help!!!

my 94 ford mustang v6 at with 110k on it lost its power and fuel consumtion is through the roof. on idle it dies till i give it gas and rev it up. once idling the rpm guage moves up and down, when i give it gas the rpms drop and the battery guage goes down then back to normal. the car crawls to speed at full acceleration, and it misfires and backfires. today it wouldnt let me go over 30 till a block from my house when it went up to 45. the mechanic had it for 2 weeks and said he cant figure it out ive tried changing the cam position sensor, changed the spark plugs and wires, cleaned the fuel injectors, changed the air oil and fuel filter.ive also changed the o2 sensors it seems to be getting really hot under the hood fast and smells like something melting, ocationally i can see white smoke when i first open the hood, the car threw a p0340 and p1131 code . i need help bad im almost to the point i wanna drive it into the bay.

Sounds like a bad fuel pump with the batt voltage dropping off so much and the lack of power, also change out the fuel filter replace the TPS and put die electrode grease on all of the electrical plugs u can find under the hood. Also change out the PCV valve and get a air fuel gauge to see how your air fuel is. Another thing u can do is take out the mass air meter and spray the internal element with electric parts cleaner. Some of these ghost issues are due to a dirty MAF sensor I know on the 94 gt's for a fact but not sure for the 94 but give it all a try, going from cheap to the pump.
