302 windage tray?

I am replacing the 289 in my 1965 mustang, daily driver. I was wondering if I should add a windage tray and an oil slinger to the crankshaft gear? The old engine didn't have them, but, don't know if they are needed in a daily driver?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Waste of money.

The only time a windage tray might be needed would be in a car for road racing where high RPM and large lateral forces occur.
