Default 2002 Mustang Convertible Top Troubles

Today I could not get the passenger side back window down on my 2002 vert stang. I saw a piece of metal that was stopping the window from going down and pulled it back with a pair of pliers. I then realized that the seal that is between the front window and the back window was torn. (That is how I was even able to see this piece of metal.) When I shut the door, I could see the bottom side of the window causing me to think that maybe rain can get into the side of my car. Right now I have the seal duct taped up with electrical tape over the top but I was wondering if anyone knows the name of the seal or where I could get one. I am not sure if its even called a seal but it fits around the bottom corner of the back window towards the door. Any help would be deeply appreciated!
