Can't tell from just a description, need a photo to tell what exactly you're talking about. It could be a tuner edition of some kind, or it could be someone trying to imitate a tuner.

the VIN may help with that, also. it may tell you if it went somewhere special for fitment. Saleens, from what i remember, show up on registries by VIN code.
