Alternator swap info needed

I understand that the 130 amp 3G alternator on the Taurus will interchange with the early Mustang alternator with very little problems, but don't know what year Taurus alternator I need.

I took a 130 alternator off a thunderbird and it worked like a champ. Never heard of the taurus alt working on a mustang
