I need replace control arms bushings , which it the best coil compressor tool ? External coil compressor or internal coil compressor tool . I want fast and easy way to do this.

The easy way is to put a jack under the control arm and unbolt the main bolt slowly drive the bolt out and slowly lower the control arm from a distance u can do the same putting the springs back in. Just be careful and have a good jack and stand far away. I have been doing this for years and a trans jack will do the same if u use a lift.
