Default 1978 Mustang Four Bolt to FIVE Stud Axle Conversion

I'd like to change the stock 4 bolt axle shafts in my 1978 Mustang to a Five Bolt setup. I would like some advice on what parts I need to purchase. I understand either 1983-88 Ranger or any Aerostar axles would interchange - ??? Is this correct? Any Passenger Car stuff to watch out for? I'd like to do this on the cheap, not redrill axles unless I can't convert this with "Stock" parts. Thanks much, eh!

The front can be changed by simply replacing the front rotors with Lincoln Continental rotors, from a 1982 model
Or, you could use two drivers side rear axles from a 1989 Ford Ranger pick-up truck.

I find this in the web , you can use front brake rotor from 1976 Granada . For more information visit web site:The Mustang II Organization
