i recently bought a 1986 fox body mustang with a 3.8 v6. being that this is my first ford and i have no idea of what is needed to swap a 3.8 with a 5.0. will 5.0 motor mounts bolt in directly. will the transmission interchange, or should i swap transmisions as well. if i do have to swap transmissions will the same linkages and cross members work. thanks for any iformation available.
