Anybody who can help please help. Recently my mustang want start. When you turn the key the engine want turn over. All you here is something turning. I've recently installed a new starter, but that doesn't seem to be the starter. The fly wheel is prefectly fine. From what people are telling, my starter or some part of the starter is not kicking out to turn the fly wheel. Can someone please help me and tell what the problem might be. Thanks

That would be the bendix on the starter. It's engaged by the starter solenoid. Check all the connections on the solenoid, and check for continuity. If all is good there, check the grounds REAL good. Make sure they are not correded, and that the wires are flexible. If the ground cable is real hard, and can't be bent too well, it needs replacement. If that checks out fine, then you need to have the starter load tested for operation.

Dumb question: Have you checked your battery? Simplest thing is the best thing to start with.
