I don't know if you can do just a disk brake conversion for the rear with 4-lug. I have the 5-lug conversion front and back with disk brakes. Latemodel Restoration Supply - America's #1 Restoration and Performance Parts Warehouse has kits and Summit racing does as well. My kit was a little more involved though because I am using 31 spline axles so I had to convert to the truck differential carrier. The standard kit is fairly simple though. It comes with all the parts to do the conversion.

This seems to be a popular site and the one I used for information on my conversion.

I see you're from Holly Springs. Go over to Carolina Mustang over in Cary and they have kits in there. They can get any kit you need too, if they don't already have one.

I got a 4lug rear disk conversion for my 91 from north race cars. It uses Thunderbird parts. I would have gone 5lug but I just recently got my hands on 4 lug cobras

The thunderbird parts are 87-88 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe parts. It's an 8.8 rear with 4 lug ABS disk brakes. To the best of my knowledge, it is possible to convert drums to disk ( I went disk to drum) but in my option, it's easier to just swap the rear to the Turbo Coupe one

My '93 LX is has four lug four wheel discs. They are Baer with 13" fronts and 12" rears. 17X8 TSW wheels with Yokohama 245/40/17 tires all the way around. Yes, it stops well!
