Default Pushrod Guideplates for 302 mustang
I have just came across a 302 out of an 82 mustang. I have took the engine apart and found that it has Pushrod Guideplates and roller rockers. What I have found is that the pushrod guildes are making grooves in the pushrods, is this normal?

It is if the pushrods aren't hardened for use with guideplates.
