Question How do you prevent Mustang back end from whipping out?

I am having an issue with everytime I gun it, the back end of my stang starts to whip or slide from side to side. Especially when I am coming out of a turn. It forces me to let up and it really sux. I thought after I went to bigger and wider tires in the back that it might improve, but no such luck. What sorta mods can I get to help prevent this?

Even on a straight line it starts to pull to the side. Like from a stop light, the front goes straight and the back end goes side to side .Control arms sound like a good starting point. thanks

Welcome to the world of mustangs. They are light in the ass end and unless(as posted), you upgrade the suspension, you're never going to get it to grip like you're asking. Personally, that's half the fun of owning a stang.

Remember, it is almost impossible for anyone, myself included, to diagnose a problem over the internet without seeing the car. My advice is simply that, advice based on years of experience. I don't want you or anyone taking my word as gospel. I am trying to give some direction as to what I think may be happening.
