I have a 96 GT, i dont know what mods have been done to it. I just know i heard a bad rattling under my car. I had i checked out and was told it was the rear stabilizer bar. The question i had is do i have to have this to drive the car. At least take it off to stp th rattling until i can get a new one. Is this part a nessessity to the car? Thanks

There are bushings that you could buy to replace the bad ones. They're not that expensive if they are the sway bar bushings.

They told me the sway bar was snapped in half, so thats not it but thanks anyway
