I would almost bet that you need a wheel alignment which would help with your car moving to one side, and the feeling of it jumping when you are fully turned.
As for shaking/vibrations, while you are getting your alignment have them check to see if your wheels are balanced.
I am assuming your car is NOT lowered. I just lowered mine and had similar problems. I installed a bump steer kit and had an alignment and it all went away - I did not have any shaking/vibration's though.
