2006 windshield wipers not working right

Default 2006 windshield wipers not working right
when I roll the little wheel nothing happpens but if I click it all the way up they work.. "now they are on hi" if I turn them off at this piont they stop in the middle of the wind shield? THIS CAN'T BE RIGHT!
maybe I'm to thick to work windshield wipers...

it sounds like an electrical problem. I am no expert but maybe you can try disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes and seeing if it resets it.
