I need to change the windshield for a new one. Did must change the weatherstrip? I don't see that or any information in 50 resto store . I see only for 1989 to 1993 years. I have my doubt

The weatherstripping? If it needs to be changed, yes. But are you talking about the silicone seal around the windshield itself? If the glass is removed, then yes it needs to be replaced.

Exactly,I see in resto 50 this kind of item for 89 to 1993 convertible mustang windshield , none mention for 1988 model. I talking about the thin rubber strip that fits between the windshield and the windshield trim. Have two parts , LH and RH .
