Default 2000 Mustang Side Mirror Replacement

I would like to know the easiest way to replace my side power mirror on my 2000 Ford Mustang. Do I need to take the inside of the door apart? If so, what is the best way to do it with common tools? I have the new mirror, but the plugs don't match and I was told that the plug I need is on the inside. Is this correct?

thanks in advance

This is only my opinion or advice for you. I think you can ask for an automotive assistant in your nearest place so that he can help you with your problem. You can also read some car magazine and automotive topic like autopartswarehouse.com, you will find there some car repairs and car tips. I hope it helps.
