I am going to run my 95 mustang as a 1/4 mile car only and was wondering what should be done with the cooling system. I am already running an electric water pump but should I use a fan / replace the stock rad?

I'd use a Mk7 electric fan and wait and see how the stock rad does. Unless you're making well over 500hp, I'd be sorta surprised if the stock rad proves too weak.
