i recently sprayed my truck(2weeks ago) with a black single stage paint(OMNI) turned out pretty good for being the first time i spayed a car and had not runs, but i dont know how long i should wait to wash it and give it a god coat of wax, it said drying time was 12-15hrs at 70degrees, i have seen many people wax ther car to early after they sprayed it and they have swirl marks all over the car, and i dont want that to happen, so how long should it take for the paint to fully cure?

2 weeks is a pretty long time. I would start wet sanding on a car the next day after painting. then polish and wax it.

I am no professional autobody guy, so someone else can shed more on this subject. but, i think you have waited long enough.

Not sure, When I base/clear I wet sand after 12hours and buff/polish CAREFULLY right after that. I dont see single stage being much differnt. Worst case wet sand and repaint for a deeper black. lol
